GT2860R (N1 Turbo) w/ GT28R (S15 Turbo) exhaust housing???

Hey guys,

I searched for info but I can't figure it out. I have a Garrett GT2860R (707160 - 7) and I was told that the housing from a GT28R from an S15 (forgive me, I don't know anything about SR stock turbos, I hope that's right) might swap over.

It might sound stupid but I need to know because I need a T3 flanged exhaust housing that will fit my N1 turbo, and there's one available but it's supposedly for an S15 GT28R. This setup for an RB motor but I figured you SR guys might know since it's sorta an S15 turbo question.

Any help is appreciated!!
