The swap had been easy and everything looked good then I went to place the wastegate and thought about nice my T25 was. My problem is with the turbo setup how I "think" it should be, the supplied Enjuku wastegate flange needs to be reversed to properly fit. Only problem in doing so the pushrod comes up about a half inch short. Was I incorrect to think that the turbo should sit like the stock one? I can make it all fit with the outlet facing down but everything tells me the outlet should be where the stock turbo outlet was. Does this sound correct? Has anyone had this problem?

the compressor inlet and outlet should be facing the same way as the stock turbo did. So the way you have right now is correct.

Regarding the wastegate problem... I had the same problem with the garrett wastegate I tried... You can just pull on that rod and extend it to fit. You will just run higher boost than what that wategate is set for.

or buy longer bolts that hold on your bracket... and get some washers in there til it reaches the rod. my friends pushing 325whp with his and its fine.
