i think i have decided to go with the GT2560Rs. and i here it is alot cheaper getting them from the jdm ones from the s15. where would be the cheapest most reliable place to obtain these?? thanks

they all cost the same, please search and do your own hw.
specialtyz, ipp, z1, give any of those places a call.
there's really nothing "cheap" about this car, if you're looking to save money by getting jdm turbos, etc. i think you should look at another car.

Dev, The money you save on getting "jdm s15" turbos you will spend on getting all the little bits and pieces to get them to fit on the Z, they are not direct bolt-on and just the brackets for the waste-gate actuators cost $140.

yeah dude save up, go with the disco potato! they can be had fairly cheap too, i remember payin about 350ish a piece. but i bought one at a time when the deal arose.

you don't just throw whatever turbos you want on a car and call it a day.
the op is a newb,and a fairly lazy one at that.
he's not going to bother looking up supporting modifications.
disco potatoes are also about 2,500 dollars+.

Bolt up discos are 2500ish. You can just the standard off the shelf GT28RS and modify it to your liking to fit a VG for about $1k a piece. No where, will you ever find a REAL, GARRETT GT28RS for $350.
