Both are great exhaust's,Its up to you im sure the gains are all most the exact same,Which ever you think would look better is the one you sould get.I have the Exmag and love it,I like the stock look, and its not loud at all.Iv heard the GT spec and it sound good its just LOUD!And the muffler is huge. Not the look i was going for with my car.So i vote you get the Exmag, youll be very happy with it.

Oh,you can hear it,I just mean its not as loud as all the other exhaust out there,My freinds 240 sr has a stock turbo elbow and downpipe with a hi flow cat and the Apexi N1 catback,And im running a full aftermarket turbo back exhaust with no cats or pre mufflers,And my car is Not as loud as he's.

I like test pipe's on turbo cars you can feel the turbo more.I have the XS Cat deleted downpipe so it goes from the turbo elbow to the catback.80mm all the way.If you plan on doing a test pipe and you dont have a downpipe yet.You sould look into getting one.

i dont know why everyone says the gt spec is so loud... i have a greddy turbo elbow, followed by greddy downpipe, then megan test pipe, then the GT spec exhaust, and it is a really quiet exhaust, it has a great tone to it.... if your willing to pay extra for the shipping of a 9 foot box..

keep in mind that RsR will rust to crap after about a year of use... The black coating will wear off and everything will start to rust esp after winter

It honestly depends on where you live whether or not it will rust quickly. I have lived in California most of my life, and as long as you don't live on the coast, exhaust rarely ever rusts. I now live in Oregon where it snows 5 months of the year, and give it 2-3 years, and it will be full of rust. .

Also, if you don't want the attention (both sound and looks) then go with the Ex-Mag, if you don't mind the attention (from both other enthusiast and cops) then go with the GT-Spec.

I personally went with BRM I have the 3 inch twin tip for my coupe. Looks nice and sounds awesome.

let me say this one more time.. i put the gtspec on my car last night.. it has a resonator and it is not as loud as ppl say it is... will that change over time or what??? also it comes with a silencer so what are you worried about?

a silencer huh? its such a good idea to reduce your 3" exhaust down to 1-1/8". Your better off getting a quieter exhaust to begin with.

Im not using the silencer on my gt spec... it's already quiet enough... if you want to hear a loud exhaust... you should have heard my sr20 with only a downpipe.. now that is loud

I have the gt spec with a resonated test pipe and it is kinda loud but its deep which seems to make it less noticable.

it drags a little, ive looked into pie cutting a portion of pipe in front of the muffler, but it really wont go up any higher. there is a small dent in the front of the can, but no holes, when that eventually does happen, i am gonna weld a small skid plate chunk-o-metal to it. speed bumps and steep driveways are worst, but you get used to them, its not gonna get any better when my teins go on, im gonna lower it even more in the front. sacrafices have to be made.
