This is my own custom GT-R style taillight overlay and turn signals on my Altima Coupe. Its a matte overlay, with only 2 circles. The reverse light circle is larger to give it more of a gt-r look and I like how the light shines through. Here's some pics.

this is with no lights on

I also have a video with the turn signals showing. When my turn signals are on, the original one still blinks along with the brake light, but when I press the breaks, they alternate. Not really what I'm going for, but will soon be fix ed. When I disconnect the original turn signals, it blinks to fast so this is what ill leave it at until i figure that out. It will most likely need to add something to the wiring.

I do like the originality however it's not my cup of tea.

Is the matte overlay gray or black ??? It seems gray in the pictures, that's the only thing that throws me off with this mod.

It's matte black. It looks kinda gray in some of the pics, but in person its always black!

Really? i liked that it shined into the reverse, but it just that it only goes half way. If there was a car driving behind me though, it would be completely lit from other cars headlights. To be honest though, i hated the look at first. I only did the right taillight. So i sat on it for a day. I was really thinking about just taking it off, but decided to put the left one on since i already had the template cut. And after seeing it more and more, it really grew on me.

Thanks for all the responses :dblthumb:
