so I came in for an oil change and the service manager took me into the bay and what does he show me!? 3 GT-R's! White (most gorgeous looking IMHO), Grey and Red......will post pics once I go home. I'm at Brampton North Nissan. Apparently someone is coming from Quebec to pick his up and another dude is flying from somewhere and another is some 21yr old!!

Heres the pics (Sorry dudes they're not the greatest, since it was a surprise; had to take them on my iphone)...

They had to tape off a section of the bay to keep people away from them....you know it's crazy when they have to do that for the first time for a car!

PS - Oil Change - every 12 months IF you don't track it = $320.00 CADTire Replacement - Have to get all four replaced - run flat tires; nitrogen filled = $2000.00 CAD

Relax buddy, I'm just posting what I'm sure is a mutual interest. I don't need your sarcasm. Jesus.

Not being rude or anything!

But why would nissan coupe owners be interested in GTR?Especially since these cars are going for $130,000 with markups!

I can afford one if I don't eat... but there's mutual interest in the car itself... I kno I went ape-sh*t when I first saw it on a flatbed a couple weeks ago. so I feel him... that car is beauty.

I went to see one a few weeks ago. I talked to the owner of Universal City Nissan and got him to give to me for MSRP plus they'd pay for TAX and licence. I would have got it for $79,863 . My credit score was 786 and I was going to give 15-20 g's down. STILL the finance manager who is a friend of mine found out that my payments would be between $1,800-2,200 per month plus insurance. He said some mid-aged dude got just liability and was paying $800 for that alone and he had a cleandriving record. I told my friend "F-THAT" I could afford it, but its not worth it for me. My coupe is payed off so I don't have to worry about payments, specially that high.

Let me see. I own an A/C because it came out before I or anyone knew that the GTR was going out for sale in the US. I start med school in 1 year and it will not be cheap. Roughly 200g's. I have a house , 08 coupe, 05 frontier, and 98 toy Jetta. If all my cars are payed-off. It's not worth it for me to buy a car and have payments on it.

if the car was approx. 80 grand, you put 15-20 grand down, so you are financing 60-65K, so your payment on a 5 year loan should only be 1200-1300 a month,

if they told you 1800-2200, they were tryin to rob the hell out of ya,

ANDY (bluebatmobile.net) teased our car club here in San Diego by sending us pictures of a white GT-R, making us think it was his... turns out it was his buddy's... then, last week, when he got to our local car meet.. he unveiled it..

his brand new GT-R.. he first had an Acura NS-X.. he sold that and got a Dodge Viper... and he sold that for his GT-R.. I'll have pictures of it when we have our next meet

PURE SEXINESS!!!!

Last week I saw a GTR drove pass in Chicago downtown. It was such a pleasant feeling.

2 nights ago, I saw a Ford GT on the way home. It was my first time seeing a Ford GT on the street. It was cool!
