Nice,

You know what's unreal is it ended up behind the atom. Which we know it was built for tracks. 4 seater with useable trunk space. Not bad. Al you can here is the tire screeming. Nice. Music to my ears. Thanks for sharing Joe.

Hey Tampa. Don't count on it. 2 years from now this will sell for more like 80-90k. They'll be gone in few days. The problem is only limited quantity comes in and more demand. Lots of people think the way you think.

Amazing that a car could break a person's neck without hitting anything. The GTR is setting the bar so high that I beleive some auto manufacturers may decide to give up and give reasons why it isn't worth their time to compete with making such a vehicle.

I think this car will put many people in the hospital, in the very end. This is an extreme car.

Yeah. Super cars with hand built motors and produced in such limited quantities. The car may even go up in value in a few years. It really depends on the demand and availability.

The GTR will be all about trouble for its owners, especially when the cops realize its true and full potential. Maybe there is a reason why super cars are expensive---to discourage Jack and Jill from owning one as they may not possess the humility of being able to drive one decently.

A car as cheap as this and as powerful as it is, is going to land someone 6 feet under.

But i wouldn't mind owning one. Owning a brand new GTR is now a real dream for me, and I know it will happen someday I heard if you dream enough, it most likely wil happen. I will keep everyone posted when i do get one

I hope they get a SPEC-V and test it as well, I think it would have a shot at being up there with the Zonda and the Maser MC12.

It is a dream for many of us here....

But Jacko, GTR was made to win GT CAR Championship, and its AWD system provides crazy traction. However, from what I know about you, you might like your car better than a GTR. I have been a big Skyline fan since 80's, and love both regular Skyline and Skyline GTR. But I prefer the characteristic of RWD more than AWD.

I still would love to own one, provided I have another RWD car. but it would be a dream for me for a long time as well.

Minmey15:

I will probabaly still love my G-35 Coupe more than the GTR because there is nothing earthly about the Nissan GTR. I see it more like a body and mind tuning device. Tell me, with all the unbeleivable stats they have on the car already, what is real about the GTR? It is the stuff of dreams. The GTR is all but a video game built into reality---no regular affordable car should be able to perform exceptional stunts like the GTR does.

I feel other auto manufacturers will bow out of this extreme game of pure performance, and allow the GTR to rule its own planet all by itself and unhindered. Even if other manufacturers come up with something just as good or close to the GTR, will they be ever able to match the price?

The challenge to come up with a car that can do exactly what the GTR is capable of doing today, maybe too expensive and too challenging. If I were an executive of another auto company, I would certainly deny the engineers the funds to compete at this level, as the amount of tests and perfection to reach the level of the GTR, would be too costly. I would allow them to build a sports car as everyone else.

Even the GTR seems to exceed Nissan's expectations. Nissan intended to build a 480 horse power car, only to find out that the horsepower of the car, as reported by many bodies and entities and magazines, easily exceeds 520 horses. Nissan is now denying that they have such a monster. First time I have ever heard an auto company deny that the car they built is more powerful than they claim. This must be an interesting and special problem to have as an auto company.

I feel Nissan should at least, demand the owners of the GTR go for a 1 hour driving lesson with their cars prior to completing the sale on the car in order to ensure responsible handling by its owners.
