The local dealer around here was telling us about this...saying it was a crock that dealerships were doing that. This local one says they won't sell one for over 80k to be legit to the customers, and because of that they have sold the most in the country.mcheddadi wrote:12K over msrp...knothxbai
I can see why places are charging more...people really like these...CPS wrote:We have three at our dealership, two black and one white. We sold our first one (pewter) to a guy in south Florida who flew up and drove it home, and sold our red one to a guy from Colorado who flew in and drove his home as well.

Yeah dude. I have a friend at the same dealer that's a service manager and when I was about to get the car I said to myself, "let me see what the maintenace is going to be like", I ask him about it and this is exactly what he said. " Oil change every 3k Miles $300, transmission service every 10k Miles $5,000, New tires every 10K miles(which you have to get through the dealer) $5,000, You have to service the transmission after 3 R mode takeoffs and if you do a 4th one it will VOID your warranty. Dude the car has a DAMN BLACKBOX linked to nissan Directly that notifies them. Just keep your A/C." I then asked if the oil change is something I could do myself since I do mostly all the maintenace to my car's. He said "dude if you touch the engine of the car at all it will VOID the warranty". Nissan really F'ed up by putting all these restrictions toward the car. The whole point of the car is to buy it and drive the HELL outta it, but it seems like you can't even do that. Why pay so much money for a car that you can't even drive the way you would like too. In that case I would have rather bought the C63 AMG I was thinking about. Now I rather just keep the A/C since it's all paid for and not worry about another car. Sorry if my reply is WAY TO LONG!!maxentropy wrote:Ricky- I heard the same thing about the maintenance being crazy expensive. Shame really...
You have three. Two black and one white. And then, you have your red... Isn't that four?CPS wrote:We have three at our dealership, two black and one white. You're right dude. And when you have to change your front brakes for example because those are the ones that wear out faster you still have to change the rear ones even though they don't need to be changed. Same as tires you have to change them ALL. It's really stupid to have to change tires evey 10K miles.CPS wrote:You left out the $12-15k brake job.
According to your mentality, we should have five. But, as I said, we SOLD our pewter one and red one. We CURRENTLY have three.michaelthepsycho wrote:

It is a grey-ish...like our Slate but a little lighter. In between our Dark Slate and Precision Grey I would say.dldjros69 wrote:
