Just a question I was wondering. Whats the fasest speed you have ran a car through the 400m? What car and how much power?

My best so far has been

Skyline 1000hp(bad oil) 9.790 best time. NO TCS/NO ASM

not sure bout 400m but i've hit 280.9 mph max speed with the suzuki ESCUDO pikes peak version race car (1843 Horsepower)hehe gt3s the best

i've gotten a 9.12 with the suzuki escudo.(1791hp) i got an 8 something with the RUF RGT. i think that's what it's called. i didn't save that one so i can't claim it yet.

DOn't know about 400m times, but the highest top speed I have seen is my friend when he hit somthing in the neighborhood of 2 billion mph (no joke). The car used was the Toyota GT-One, and we were using the levitation code w/ the GameShark. The car flew off the track and started spinning around superfast, then the PS2 locks up at that speed. I'm guessing the speed must be a power of 2 and that the PS2 locks up because the field gets full. I used to have a pic of the screen, I need to dig it up since this question arises evry once in a while. BTW, the top speed we were able to get w/o the GS is ~1400 mph in a single player race and ~ 1700 drafting off one another in two player.

those quarter times are seaming pretty low, my escudo has broken into the 7s and has done 320 something miles per hour, its been awhile since ive played that game.... damn im gonna go play it now

i'd be impressed if you broke 7's. there is a trick to get the escudo to so 800+ mph........it's done by messing with the aerodynamics so that basically the front end of the car lifts off the ground .......the wheels keep spinning and there goes the speedo.
