A little bit of both, however in one of my classes, because I was trained for the healthcare provider(EMT's nurses etc>), I got to help teach the class, out of coincidence(haha) there were only 3 guys in that class(we were all from a previous class were we received the same test, those two are now a FF and an EMT) and we each got our own group of girls to teach, so me, being the a$$hole I am, instead of the unwritten standard of 4 reps of breaths and chest compressions, I'd make them do 1 maybe 2 sets, and sometimes 8 (seriously though, I did this to teach them that it's not always gonna be 4 sets) by the end of the class though, I seemed to have most of the girls in my group, I guess they thought I would be easy on them because I tend to rarely be serious about anything (haha shows them, I care about stuff like that because it could save a life!) but digressing from the point entirely.....
man o man did those ladies bounce!!! ah hahahaha, I found it fun to tickle them while "looking" for they belly button to find the proper location to compress.
ahahahahah
seriously though, if you have the chance to take classes like those in high school do so, I was also trained in first aid in the one called First Responder(?) guys, I swear this is a good class to meet women, I mean how many girls can you name that want to be a nurse , doctor or some other medical proffession?
just do me a favor and take the class serious to an extent anyway, you could need to save a life and this class will help you be prepared in case you encounter a wreck or are in a wreck yourself or some other medical emergancy.
you'll probably even get a little orange backback keychain thingy with a cpr mask in it to put on your backpack or keys or something, and for the few semesters my lame butt was in college, i had a few girls ask about that.
but man do girls bounce while doing those chest compressions...
