I just bought my Q45 a week and a half ago and I love it, but its far from perfect. Of course, 4 days after I buy it, I see this beauty with 50k less miles and about 500 miles away instead of 800 miles where I bought my Q. Granted, it is $1500 more expensive so I guess it somewhat evens out.

Hah happens all the time. When I bought my 94 Q45t a few weeks later there was another one with lower mileage, cheaper, better condition and no freakin paint coming off the front bumper.

But there could be an upside to higher mileage. Maintenance may have been done, FPCU and fuel pump may have been replaced (was replaced 2k miles before I bought mine... along with all the belts).

I know what you mean. I looked for a year to find a Jeep Cherokee for $1000 and finally gave up paying more. Since then I've seen a dozen for under $1000. I make myself feel better by believing there's some hidden problem with the others...:D

Hahaha.

Yeah. Some guy close to my school is trying to sell me a 93 G50 with 108k miles for $2k. He's tinted the windows and claims that maintenance has been done, but won't give me any details. In his ad, he says that he changed all 8 injectors but the car still idles roughly and shakes while driving. I don't trust him. And certainly not for $2k.

$800 and I'd take it.

Yeah, you have to decide, commit and then stop looking.

If not you'll be 2nd guessing yourself forever. Don't look in the Infiniti Classifieds on here, you'll not like what you see

Your car does look clean, and I like your rims....but it would look great just a little bit lower. Are you sure it has aftermarket springs? What color are they?

I was thinking the same thing, but thought the pics might have been just after having the car jacked up and they hadn't settle??

Here's a couple pics from his Wheels thread of his

Well, that spring says eibach? Odd.When I had my eibach's it sat pretty low and I had 17's. Now that I am running cali's they sit even lower! My front tire is actually tucked in! My rear is another story! Wes pointed it out to me at carlisle. Working on it next week. It sits about a half inch to high. But his car seems way to high!

I just noticed that pic clearly says Eibach on the spring! The front is actually pretty nice, with very little gap but the rear does have a slight gap. It isn't bothering me too much because of all the suspension mods it came with.

Gap is unimportant. Suspension geometry and handling is what is important, unless you use your car as a doorstop.

Either enjoy your car and accept it for what it is or sell it and search until you find the perfect car for you. What else can you do?

btw your car looks great
