Grrr, getting angry.. Brake Light.

I've been looking of how to replace the brake lights, because I pop the caps and all I see is wires! I've never seen such a complicated way to change a light. Can anyone help me without having me go to a dealership and paying $40? Is there an easier way to get to the light?
