rawr....snarl....curse....sulk....

ok, im realizing way to quick that my car is tuned for a lot, and i mean a LOT of stuff i dont have. 1. car billows soot, tuned for more power than its making, injectors not large enough2. car has this nasty place from 4k rpm to redline where it is supposed to make use of those rediculous cams that i DONT HAVE3. clutch was meant for the car's factory power rating...we all know how this ends up.4. gotta use that fuel and stuff right? so ill need a: not half-assed fmic, boost controller, metal head gasket, downpipe, test pipe.

when's christmas again? its my only hope...my poor bank account can't handle this alone.

about #2, when i rev it past 2, it just sounds pitiful and doesnt go, i mean, it just sucks. i know its trying to make use of some humongus hks 272 duration cams (or something) and they arent there. even my 1986 toyota van pulls past 4k...

so i need: a metal head gasket, boost controller, downpipe and test pipe, 440cc injectors, cams, probably cam gears while im at it, spec stage 3 or 4 clutch, ive got the fmic.. dern this sucks. what are you guys' suggestions for all this and about how much am i looking at for the individual items/whole lot? i know its more than i have, but it never hurts to know what youre up against.

How about some 555cc injectors??? That ought to help. Sorry, shameless plug. I feel for you man. I assume that the problem is the CPU tuning, if that`s the case can`t you swap in a milder CPU like the OEM one? I would think that`d be cheaper for the time being. But I could be wrong....

Yeah, why not just put a stock or somewhat mildly tunned ECU in your car instead of your hyper tunned ecu. Oh, and while on the subject, I have a question about Tunned ECU's. I bought one from Gizzmo (Gizzmo Electronics New Zeland) a ways back (haven't put it in yet) and was wondering if anyone has heard of gizzmo tunned ecu's? Did you notice any improvements? Thanks,

well, its alright jon, ive got the old ecu sitting in my garage, wouldnt take but 5 minutes to swap it back in, but that just wouldnt be any fun now, would it? id much rather spend an astronomical amount of money making it run correctly with the SWAT ecu. im kinda (ok, incredibly) bored since i havnt been able to work on the car recently, and ill take almost any excuse to work on it, as its my favorite past time. im going to visit clemson today and tomorrow, so ill check on this when i get back. keep them coming though! the more used the better if youve got something you think i could use, as im cheap whenever posible. thanks,
