There's a big nasty bend on the face, does any one have a spare I can steal?

I've seen worse. Unfortunately you have to get a new CAS. Ive seen a sting of them on ebay recently for good prices.

also try http://www.sr20store.com they have some SR parts lying around and may be able to scrounge up a CAS in good shape.
