Growing out of obsessions?

What are things that you've grown out of over the years?

I used to be wicked obsessed with piercings I think I had about 15 once. I'm now down to 5 and I'm debating as to whether or not to take my tongue ring out permanently. I take it out for days at a time when I get annoyed with it.

golf. Used to play atleast 36 holes a day. I hardly play 5 rounds a summer now. I played varisty for my school team up through my junior year.

i used to paintball quite a bit, but figured it was too expensive. so i got into cars......go figure lol

I suppose a wreck would force me to grow out of my Q45 obsession... I'd rather not think about that.

As much as I hate to admit it, mine was p0rn. I'm probably not the only one but I was so interested in all the positions and all the other disgusting things they do that I would literally watch it any and every chance I had. I grew out of the obsession about 3 years ago, now it's just every once in a while when I'm reeeeeaaaaallllllyyyyy bored that I'll pop in the funniest tape I can find and watch all the horrible acting in those tapes.

I used to be obsessed with gran turismo 3. I wouldnt quit till i did midfield in 1"10.00 in 1 lap in the ae86 =P

The only obsessions I have ever had were cars, video games, and fire. I don't see anything wrong with any of those, so there's no reason to stop.

I guess I could say I have other minor obsessions, like specific video games (Half Life), movies(Alien, Matrix), cars (Nissan, Cadillac), and that sort of thing (you know, useless trivia, a willingness to kill other people when they challenge the superiority of said item). But again...if its not overboard, and its not hurting anyone, I see no reason to stop.

I've had a lot of hobbies over the years but the only real obsession is cars and I don't really see myself growing out of that. Cause its not really a bad thing

p0rn... I have seen EVERYTHING... Or it feels like I have... (some nasty stuff out there)

I had a quick one with some Dreamcast racing game... I spent 3 days (no sleep no ****) modding the transmission untill I just could not get my drag car any faster...

MMORG's Like Ultma Online, Everquest, Shadowbane, Ashrons Call, Ashrons Call 2, Star wars online, Horizons, (and MANY more) I have playd them all... I almost got 1 year logged onto everquest... LOGGED ON... I had the game for 4 years and playd Everyday... thats sad.

My current vise is this stupid car...

Now I'm just looking for asian girls to date cuz asian baby's are cute... and I want kids by 25... Only 1.5 years to go.

Computers & electronic gadgetry. Buying only K-swiss shoes & Nautica clothes. I had a problem with gamb|ing also, but after a long losing streak I learned my lesson.

Do you really think so or would you just get another Q? I loved my J30 and the only reason I didn't get another one was the love of wanting to get a Q. I still find myself passing a J on the road and thinking, "I should get another J, but where would I park it."

Besides, you know so much about the Q, while learn about another car. Look what Wes did!

I'm probably a little older than some of you, so I have gone through obsessions over the years. I find that I just trade one obession for another. I've been thought video games, muscle cars, golf, football, genealogy, cowboy action shooting, hunting, and a number of other things I've long since forgotten.

I never completely forget or lose my love for any of my obsessions, I just change my focus from one to the other.
