Does anybody know if its a posibility?
Hey Dountless how much "start money" do you have for your shop
Would anybody be interested in:
If your a shop, getting a batch of SR Motors
If your a User, buying the motors?
Would anybody be interested let's say at the end of year (Like a christmas present?)

I think the problem lies w/in....
people not wanting to give $2000 a piece to someone who promises to get them motors....
people who actually talk about getting an SR, then actually have the money to do it....(90%)
thats why most places do bring in 10 or more motors, then sell them right away....its not like "well im going to get 10 people together so we get a deal....."...nope dont work like that...unless maybe they were all being shipped to the same location, then you might get some discount off shipping....
If you called up heavythrottle(just for example) today, and asked them to send you 10 motors, they might give you $50 off a motor. and thats saying if they are all going to the same place...
If you had 10 people that wanted them, then the only way your going to save, or make money is to go to japan, pick out the motors, and pay someone to ship them to you, get a truck, go to the dock, pick the motors up off the truck, then drive them to each of the 10 people
there is a reason they are sold by businesses....Im sure if you get 10 people together on your own, who have yet to talk to Midnight Motorsports, and gave their info to daunttless he might hook you up w/ a free downpipe or something for your referal....and thats if your lucky.

Shipping depends on where its going to be shipped to, and the quantity of items being shipped. The actual motor price depends on who you are purchasing it from and the condition the motor is in.

Dude i'm trying my best to write in english, i don't see you speaking spanish (peneke!!!).

And actually yes things get done kinda different here this side of the border, when you or anbody else want to really get drunk come down here, i will let you stay at my place, but you pay for your own TEQUILA (not taquilla) Illiterate ****.

There aren't any group buys because for most companies the markup is not that significant AND theres so much demand EVERYWHERE for them, that theres no point in selling at discounted prices to a a group of 5 for your 5 motors, when theres 50 people who want them. Its not nice, but its like, I could cut those 5 people a deal or I could just sell it retail to the other 50. Its not a hard decision for most businessmen. As greedy as that sounds, theres a lot cost to get these suckers over here and therefore the price the engine is marked at is the price that it can be sold for to keep the business going. If people could offer group buys then that would be their standard price. : )
Also other than importers, I can't think of anyone besides myself who's bringing in 10+ engines at a time, which makes any significant group buy extremely difficult. Which leads to the other reason theres no group buys, when a person only has 2 engines, they really can't afford to give a discount. : )

We have a killer ride we can do cross state, from Ensenada thru Tijuana to La rumorosa (wich is a mountian that you go from at least 1500 ft. to sea level in no more then a 3 mile road, have brakes!!!!) it would be a good meet option.
How a line of 15 Nissans would look like at 100+ MPH thru some twisty roads?? hmmm :ylsuper
