I had my 04 Sedan in for a $400 oil change at the dealer, and drove the 07 sedan for the day. Wow what a ride, it flys! I want one but I have my 04.I just put in a Grounding Gear kit and the results were fantastic. Had I know the difference it would make, it would have been my first mod. Plus its the least expensive mod I have made. Now my sedan gets up and goes like it should.

Glad to hear you happy with the grounding wire kit. On the 07 sedan you don't need it.

I'm assuming your car is an AUTO.

The grounding kit seems to help with shifting in the AUTO's...I've yet to hear about it helping the 6MT.

Glad your happy with the mod!! Make sure to post pics in the member's rides thread!!!

How come you paid $400 for the oil change? Was there anything else also or just an oil change? It is high.

I got to drive the new sedan for the day. Yeah they changed the diff. oil, and transfer case oil. Also I got a new key fob for $128.00 and of course I found the lost one a couple of days later. Yeah my car is an auto and the shifting is so much better with the grounding kit, awesome.

Interested in the grounding kit too. How was the shifting improved? Any other improvements?

When I drive on short blocks at low speed the car shifts much smoother. When I get on a ramp to the highway and step on the gas some it accelerates much better and stays in gear longer. When I drive on a 40 mph limit road it doesn't feel like its lugging along anymore. The 10 wire kit hooks the transmission and tcu, and ecu into it.

Thanks for reading my threads, Joe. lol

The engine spools up faster on the 6mt with MY wires. And the stereo sounds much better. I haven't been able to test fuel economy yet as I'm still in the break in period with the new engine. The faster spool up was tested on the old engine btw.

Click the link in my Sig for details about the ground kits I make. Noah just installed his on Thursday and was VERY impressed. He wrote a short review in the forum.

NICO staff gets a discount btw!

Joe responded like 9 months ago on this thread. You installed your kit couple of months ago.

Oops...Sorry, Joe. I think I had like 5-6 hours sleep after arguing with the wife till 5 am.

EDIT- I'm wondering how I came across this thread since it's so old. Maybe the G staff is moving more threads
