From Gordon Gee:

The 5-wire Custom Series System is $75 USD and the 7-wire Custom Series 5AT System for the 5AT is $95. Please ADD $21 S&H for insured, "Expedited Parcel" shipping (usually 12-14 business days), or $26 S&H for “Xpresspost USA shipping (usually 6-7 business days). Payment is by Internationally Negotiable Money Order in USD please, and we ship by Canada Post as soon as we receive the MO. DO NOT send the MO that reads: "Negotiable In The US Only!" The GREEN USPS MO cannot be cashed in Canada, however their Salmon coloured one is okay. Western Unions at Albertsons and Safeways charge less than $1 for theirs. A Cashier’s or Certified Cheque is also acceptable. We apologize, but we do not accept credit cards for the R&D pricing. The time waiting for payment once confirmed, ensures that your system is ready, while still fulfilling commercial supply commitments, so if you don’t let us know when you send payment, there may be a slight delay. A $0.69 stamp seems to get payment to us as quickly as paying $10 to $15 for USPS Express mail, so if turn-around time is important, it’s better to pay for Xpresspost to ship your package. The 5- wire system has shown to have dramatic effects on smoothness and improved engine/throttle response. The extra 2 wires are more subtle in effect, benefiting automatic transmission response, and “at the limit” driving styles. Very effective is the 5, but most with auto trannies do the full 7 and are happier with the overall results. We also offer a modified 7-Wire Custom Series ST System with the shorter transmission Tube ground wire rather than the full length wire for those not inclined to crawl around underneath the car. This is a popular option for those with the G35X (please specify when ordering). The full length wire requires that you safely put your car up on stands or a ramp. Highly recommended is the GroundingGear® Performance Series Systems, the most fully developed Systems for the G35! Feedback on the Performance Series Systems have been overwhelmingly positive as making a noticeable improvement over even the basic systems which have garnered most of the publicity and positive user reports. Virtually all users of the original 5 to 8 wire Systems have up-graded to the full Performance Series Systems. Please note; testing was done, up to 14 wires, and no benefit was noted with additional wires. The 5AT Performance System full 10 wire package (7, +1, ECU, TCU) is $130 USD plus $21 ($27) S&H = $151 ($157 XpressPost) Total (MSRP $280 CDN) The 6MT Performance System full 8 wire package (6, +1, ECU) is $110 plus $21 ($27) S&H = $131 ($137 XpressPost) Total. Please specify the 8-Wire 6MT Performance System so we don’t send you the 7+1 system (8-Wire) for the 5AT by mistake! And while you are behind the glove-box to do the ECU wire anyway, may we interest you in the GroundingGear® Activated Carbon HEPA Filter for $35 shipped at the same time? We normally only sell through my distributors and authorized dealers, however we offer GroundingGear® systems in limited quantities as a courtesy to forum members and for R&D. This is the same GroundingGear® 5 to 7-wire systems as sold by some of the Canadian dealers for $220 to $270 CDN plus GST (MSRP $240 to $280), and R&D price is less than what we wholesale at cost to the dealers (but don’t tell them as we consider you part of our R&D and Promo team, in return for posting your impressions and feed back at your home forum / club, and provide them to us by e-mail). Though it may be possible to buy a home-made kit for slightly less, we do not believe that you’ll find a better price for a commercial kit, even with a group buy. Several have reported that GroundingGear® is higher quality than Stillen, Sun Auto, and HKS in direct comparison, and have been more satisfied with the results following the change-over to GroundingGear®. Visit http://www.groundinggear.com/ for further information including feedback from GroundingGear® Users world wide, theory, etc. Required is your Name, Address and Phone Number to complete the shipping label. Jacko, If you do decide to do this, it would be nice if you did a before and after dyno run. I'd like to see some hard evidence of improved HP/economy. I can believe it might be make things smoother, but adding HP is another thing.

No butt dyno results please.

I wouldn't mind getting a set, but the snail mail, and no CC/paypal is just ghey. I don't want to wait over a month to get a set of wires.

Do you guys really think that there is any advantage in the wires over the set I got on eBay (oxygen free copper and nicely finished) for under $70?If it were speaker wires for my stereo that would be a different story but ground wires for an engine?

I bought a very nice set of wires from eBay, I requested additional cables for the ECU and AT, I think they were an additional $20, so total was around $70 shipped

Came with very clear instructions specifically for the VQ and wires were thick 4 gauge and well finished.

took me 2 weeks approx. maybe less. I asked hiim to use PAYPAL and Gord was cool with that. That was a much quicker and seamless transaction IMO.

The cheaper wire sets may work, but I'd be sketchy. GroundingGear has done extensive research and some wires were left out as they found they had no gains.

But, its up to you. IF you can make it work and follow my guide/picture to where the wires go, I'd try....
