grounding problems? 91 240sx

i just installed a new dashboard on my car and now i lose power to my clock and seatbelts when i open my door, both passenger and driver doors. any help would be fine.... i really dont wanna take the dash back out.. it was a pain to get in

Try adding a ground from the battery to the car body.

most likely is somthing that cannot be fix with out a proper ground which might involve so heavy searching or removal of the dash again.
