ok, so when installing multiple amps/caps in your trunk, the basic question is, how the hell do i ground these ****ers?!
so with my setup, consisting of a cap and two amps runnin off of it, i made 3 seperate grounds all in different locations in my trunk... now the cap i bolted down to the seatbelt post underneath the rear seats, using the 15mm anodized steel bolt that the seatbelt attaches to... the two amps i grounded about 1.5 feet away from each other in two locations in the trunk... i THOUGHT this is what i was supposed to do, but until today one of my friends was told differently:
you should use a single location for grounding your amps because there is a ripple effect that spreads from each ground... if you are grounding in multiple locations, the grounds will be sending each other these "ripples" and therefore won't be providing the best ground possible...
hmmmm is this a load of ****? or does this make sense for you guys?
