Yes. GC sells the Koni sports, or the AGXs as part of their coilover 'packages'. The Konis take a little more work to install, especially with their coilover system, but its not that big a deal if you are good with a wrench (and hacksaw, grinder, welder, etc).

What all would you have to modify to get the konis to fit?

And are there any other adjustable shocks that will better fit the gc coilovers? (sorry for jacking the thread :))

With the Koni Sport the front damper is an insert that goes into the original strut housing. To use it with the stock springs you have to cut off the top of the original strut housing, remove the guts, drill a hole in the bottom, and bolt the insert in. In addition, if you want to use the GC coilovers you will have to cut off the stock lower spring perch and weld on a new one which GC will supply. I did everything except welding the new perch on, which I had a local welding shop do, and it wasn't that big a deal (cost me $20). I would think a shop would charge a pretty penny to do the whole job though, probably like $250 - $400 to have it all done. If you're not comfortable doing the work you might be better off going with the AGXs, although I believe you would still have to cut off and weld on a new perch (can anyone confirm this?).

And btw, the Konis are adjustable for rebound only, while I believe the AGXs are adjustable for bump and rebound. The advantages of the Koni IMHO, are that they are a little more stout, and can be rebuilt/re-valved if necessary.

Another possibility, albeit a more expensive one, is the Advanced Design Shocks GC sells. These will run you about $1,000 a set, but they are true racing shocks/struts, two-way adjustable, shortened, and can be rebuilt by the user (assuming you are mechanically inclined).

Yes, you're absolutely right 240marcuSX, the rear goes on without any of that stuff, although I did have to grind out the inside diameter of the collar just a little (what a pain, grinding aluminum) to make it fit. It's just the fronts that are the pain in the neck.
