Ground Control Coilover kits?

Are ground control coilover kits very good? I searched on people that have used them, and didn't come up with much. I see them on nopionline for $400. Is that everything, all you need to do is bolt it up? or do you have to buy shock and struts? any help on this?Thanks

You need to buy shocks/struts, they are just the coilover springs. They are good, Ground Control is made by Eibach (well the spring is anyway, not sure about the whole thing). My friend had them on a GS-R and liked them a lot.

A camber kit is highly recommended too.
