The GROM VLine VL2 to add CarPlay and Android Auto to the factory stereos of Infiniti G37 2008-2013 works with NAV and Non-Nav stereos. For the Non-Nav stereos you will need the NISKVL2 model of the VLine VL2 system, available here:

This video also shows how to add the touchscreen overlay to the otherwise non-touchscreen stereo. You can use the touchscreen overlay kit for Nissan Infiniti that is available here:

The touchscreen overlay is optional; however, the touchscreen functionality makes it easier to use CarPlay and Android Auto in your vehicle.
