GROM Install Issues

Hi all, new to the forum and new to the car so bare with me.

Trying to install the GROM-USB3 (NISCDCU3) in my 06 Fuga. I followed directions best I could understand them and the GROM is getting power (my phone receives power), but it appears as though it doesn't recognize a "CD" is loaded and no audio is playing from my phone. I am at a bit of a loss and welcome to suggestions/answers. Thank you in advance!

I do not have SAT radio but do have the DVD navigation. Also, there was nothing plugged into the unit before the GROM. Pics attached.

Welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately I can't help with this particular unit with a schematic, pictures of all your connections, etc...but...I had one of the early Grom devices on this forum and the company, 5 years ago, was absolute garbage.

What are you trying to do? You're better of returning the Grom and buying a product made by USA Spec. that fits your needs.
