Groan/Humm Noise from rear of S13

Hey guys, well as the title implies, I'm hearing this noise after the car is warmed up, in neutral. Does'nt happen all the time, maybe 2-3 times a week.

It's a 92' Coupe with the DOHC.

Strangely enough, it's not coming from the fuel pump.
