Grinding type noise

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

I think its coming from the intake manifold. The noise only happens when I rev above 3000k RPM and its right when I let off. I just installed an intake and I'm not sure if it was happening before. The only thing I changed was piched off the PAIR valve. This is a ka24e btw
