Go to your local parts store and buy a starter shim set. Start with a small .20 shim between the starter and the block and go bigger if it still occurs.
I think your problem is the starter is not fully disingaging after the car starts, and your starter is still running against the flywheel. That happens when the starter housing moves or flexes possible gets bent. The shims will take care of the clearance problems.
