Alright guys i keep getting this problem with my car somehow my starter keeps getting grinded. Check out the pic. It started happening after I did a stock motor swap. I would really appreciate all the help. And i've used the search button already.

I'd check the flywheel.

what other suggestions can you get.... the starter turns the flywheel, its the only thing it touches, obviously its either a problem with the flywheel or the starter.

Your one way clutch in the starter is shot or you have a "weak" holding winding in the starter solenoid

Go to your local parts store and buy a starter shim set. Start with a small .20 shim between the starter and the block and go bigger if it still occurs.

I think your problem is the starter is not fully disingaging after the car starts, and your starter is still running against the flywheel. That happens when the starter housing moves or flexes possible gets bent. The shims will take care of the clearance problems.
