Grinding sound not transmission issue

I recently bought a used 08 rogue with about 5000 miles on it. Within a week of having it, it started to make the same noise everyone described with the transmission issue. I took it in and they said it was the transmission and replaced it but the noise was still there. Now they are saying it is actually something to do with the computer on the all wheel drive. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have a 08 FWD rogue and makes the same noise, but the noise only appears when the car complete stop while gear in D.baught it brand new 9K on it.

Maybe the heat shield got loose? Check with different dealership.
