Grinding metal-rattle sound along engine?

Making a grinding metal/ rattle noise all along the intake side of engine (mid to rear engine) right around 2500rpm and up.. Changed chaine, tensioners, and gears about a year ago after I had a similar noise around 3000rpm. Noise stoped, but now is doing a similar senario. Oil pressure is fine and upper guides are removed. Engine runs good otherwise. What you think?

im not a pro by any shape or form but id guess heat shilds are making the rattle.

Took them off a while ago...the sound is more in the engine...
