Grinding LSD

For my 1998 240sx 5spd, I asked the questions about my damaged shocks the other day, but I forgot to mention another weird sound that I heard from under the car. Except everytime when I step on the brake at very low speed, I heard the loud squeak sound, now, when I do the U-turn (also reverse), I heard a quite loud grinding comes out from the back underneath, and also minimum tire spinning. Is this normal for the 1.5 LSD operating? And I do see a wet spot on the LSD when my car is lifted. Please help, I've never experienced with LSD before. Thanks!

you maybe low on fluid, try changing it and maybe a new gasket at the same time.
