Well if you see any good grills send me links, i prefer it without the nissan symbol on it. Thankk youu

Welcome to the forums, you should get your car before October 17 so you can make Stillen's Customer Appreciation Day

Cmod grill is a nice one, I don't think I've seen the Trex unless that's what Infantry had (but I can't really remember that grill)

use the search button in the top right for "c-mod grill" and "t-rex grill". I have the cmod myself. there have been several threads with pics on all color cars.

I painted them, just a couple cans of semi gloss black from kragen (auto parts store) and a couple cans of clear coat. It's been chipping a bit but it's super easy to touch up.

According to their website, they had been really busy back in May with projects and the GTR and so they pushed back customer appreciation until October.

You can't even notice the support bar normally. At least on a black coupe, haven't seen any other colors in person.

well its a long story, i have a black 4 door altima 3.5 sl right now, but it has like some engine problems and they cant figure out how to fix it so nissan wanted to replace the whole engine but we didnt want to do that, so they're letting me pick out a car for 30,000...basically they are buying the car back but i have to get another nissan and im really glad they came out with the altima coupes cause they're prob my favorite nissan other than like a gtr haha but those are way too expensive..but yeah they are being really slow with all the paperwork and stuff, so i'll probably be getting it in the next 7-10 days! The one i have right now i replaced the front grill with just a billet grill, but i dont think i want just like a billet grill again.

Infantry is back! been a while hahaha.

Well that's real cool that they're buying the car off of you. 30k is a lot for a "trade in" (basically), what year is your current Altima ???

Sean, your support bracket is beautiful.. I wish the folks that bought the c-mod would do that, because when the sun hits the c-mod grill, it just looks hideous with that fat black factory support bar behind it... looks like something is missing

yeah, but remember, there was a time when the t-REX was the best looking one out there...

Hey, since ur here in San Diego, Andy (bluebatmobile) has weekly meets here.. there's usually a lot of G35's and G37's there (also, some 350Z's, Andy's Viper, another car club member's GTR)... but I'm trying to get all of the San Diego Altima coupes to roll through this week... once you get your A/C, the San Diego-NICO Altima Coupes will be you, Ricko, Phobs, me, and one more I can't think of right now... anyway, I'll hit you up with this week's meeting location via email... don't worry, we usually have them early, like around 6pm.. that way you won't be out past curfew...lol

hahaha, yea I troll around hear every once in awhile. Been busy working and trying to save some $$$$ The grill bracket mod is pretty easy I don't see why more people dont do it. I would of junked the grill if I couldn't of gotten rid of that brace.

P.S. Rob, where did you order the little blue ballasts for your kickplates. The ballast for my driver side kickplate melted. lol

Sorry for the thread jack, you may now continue with our regularly scheduled program.

Good deal!! hey, just make sure you pick out a 6speed A/C..trust me!

please dont change your mind and get a billet grill, those belong on gianormous trucks not slick A/C's.
