Does anyone know if a grille guard off a 2002 qx4 will fit on a 2002 pathfinder?

Looking at the mounts on my Pathy, the guard bolts on to the frame just under the front bumper. I assume that the frame is the same? On my Nippo there is minimal clearance between the plastic bumper and the guard but, the QX4 appears to have the same basic shape. I would think that you would have no problems fitting the guard.
