Grille - Any aftermarket grille's for a 2002 Q45?

I have a 2002 Q45 and I want an aftermarket grille, mesh style. They make plenty of after market grilles for the 02 Nissan Maxima, does anyone know if this would fit my car? Online they look the same, but I haven't measured a Maxima's grille to see if the dimesions match.

If they don't match up, how do I git my hands on a Cima grille?
