I'd like to thank my black M brothas that showed me this look. You blazed a trail for a guy like me to follow.

My paint and detail work really shines thru on this one. You can see a small tree, clouds, the sun and my tasteless Sunday wardrobe!

Great job on the paint and detail work. Can't wait to see pics from a distance, different angles, etc!

Will do... It was hot as sin yesterday, so I was lazy and only backed it out of the garage, but I'll score some distance shots later. I'll add them to this post.

Larry, you the man. I wish I'd done this long time ago.

I'd be curious to see how the painted grill would look on a white, red, green & blue M. Who had the green M.. was it the guy name Colt

yes..thank you. that green grill was on point. I miss creamcreme

JadeM45 - You paint shop skills are excellent. I think the white M's look better with the oem satin silver grill, the white was kinda flossy.

maxnix - thanks for the porps

Yeah, I want to have the logo removed and then have the grill rechromed.

For sure, I'll get more pics. Let me clarify. I didnt do the paint work myself. I had it done by a professional paint shop, but I am responsible for the 1200 grit compunding, polishing and waxing of the ride. I think I posted my technique in the Detail Section of the forum.

I think cremecreme paint his grill on that green M that was posted up above. We haven't seen him here in a while.

Much appreciated. Black is tuff to maintain and even harder to correct if it’s been mis-treated. I’ve equipped myself with some of the best products to make my work easy, but it’s still a challenge and I’m always learning new stuff. thx

wow, i think the matching grill looks great. probably cuz its different than stock the one thing i do like about stock is that it matches the headlight housing. it would be great to see the painted grill with matching housing. so cake u a painter too or what?
