Does the front bumper need to be removed to remove the grill? Or is it removable some other way??

No it does not. Unscrew the black air diffuser in the engine bay, that covers the radiator etc that is just above the grill. Look at the back of the grill, and you can see a couple of clips. Squeeze them and it will come out.

Cool, thanks, that's way easier than it was on my Civic (the whole bumper had to be removed)

Yea it sounds easy, but the clips get really really brittle, theres 2 on each side. If you are replacing it, just cut the clips off, makes it a ton easier.

On my buddy's accord you have to go through the fender to change out the headlights.
