Griding noise when shifting fast (videos)

Anyone know what the common problem is associted with this grinding sound when shifting?

Maybe you're not fitting it in right and it's grinding, try slowing down a lil bit. If it still grinds then you know it's not because of fast shifting, if it doesn't grind then haha that's all your fault.

Syncros. Nissan masks this problem with a weighted shifter which is supposed to "make" you shift slower...

I have not heard this noise before. It only started happening last night whenever I shifted quickly at high rpms.

it doesnt sound like anything is grinding just sounds like you are loosing traction between shifts?

that is definate syncros going bad. I used to get that, then I switched out my transmission fluid for synthetic (Redline) and it pretty much went away. You have to shift a little slower so you don't start shearing teeth off from not properly synching the gears. When you are shifting, you are pretty uch just blowing right by the synchros, thats why the grind is so fast and almost not noticable.
