Grey or Black? Help me decide please...

With my baby tucked away for the Winter months...now comes the Winter projects! I need to replace the front seat leather and am undecided on the color. The car is black with a black interior and grey tweed trim. The seats are somewhat black but not completely, more like a dark grey. Looking at some recent Z's I am wondering if another go at black leather on a black car, with a black interior maybe just...well, too much black! Buuuut if I go with the black leather I can get the red accent stitch to compliment the red embossed Z1 floor mats and an new e-brake boot that I want. Augh! I am pulling my hair out. Thoughts?

I agree with RubyRed300zx, I think you should do a red and black interior. If my car didn't come with the beige interior I would be doing red carpet, black seats and other red accents. Get these floor mats so that you dont ruin your beautiful new red carpet



I don't want to be confused with the factory red color interior option, I am talking about a brighter aftermarket red.

I say do it, do it tastefully and you will be praised by most of us on here.

I like my (and would vote for) grey leather seats and trim with the black interior, even some some red accents...

The first owner apparently had the seats and suede redone with the greyer leather at some point, the seats actually now have a bit of a pleat in them which I and my skinny butt like very much compared to the normal seats like yours, which are the same as I have in my NA.
I'd seen the grey color combo before in a few other cars when hunting for my TT, and was excited that the car I got had that setup.
