Just wanted to let you guys know I'll be taking over for EV at least for a little while. Normally I'm just a 240 guy, but I figured I could see what it's like Modding a forum that has a car in actual production...lol. The Versa is also looking like a good option for my Sons first car. So I'll be pretty proactive around here learning as much as I can.

Little background: I'm from just North of Boston, I'm 33, I'm Welsh/Scottish/Irish and I drink to much most of the time . I was in the USAF for 12 years in Spec Ops and Combat Rescue. I got out 2 years ago and have since started my own business. I am very technical when it comes to cars, with my preference on going fast over looks. Brakes should only be upgraded if they fail to stop you at the end of the 1/4 mile There isn't to much I don't know about Turbo's and Nitrous and all the things that come with. So if anyone has an interest in going fast, I can definitely help in that area. My personality is a bit different because I have like 3 of them. I'm sure you guys will see what I mean. I'm sarcastic by nature, so please assume I'm joking ALL the time unless we're talking about something technical

I only have a few requests from you guys. Everyone starts out as a noob at something. So lets try to help each other out rather then posting "search" or flaming each other for asking a repeat question. The dumbest question is the one that doesn't get asked, cause it always leads to trouble. If it's a repeat or stupid thread in general I'll take care of it. If I miss it, let me know.

The second thing is grammar. Just try to use a little. Like periods between sentences and the occasional space if it's a different paragraph. I don't think that's asking a lot and it makes things so much easier to read

The third is more general. This is YOUR forum first and foremost. Baring this in mind, I'm always seeking new and better ideas. I have an open door policy sort of thing. You can post in here or catch me online all the time. So if there's a problem, you have a great idea or just wanna say hello please feel free to contact me. My email is [email protected] and I'm always on AIM, WDRacin. Together we can make Versa another home away from home I look forward to talking with you guys on the forums over the next...forever

WD

Who in the hell gave you that??? I may just have to one up you and go get a bottle of Macallan 25 year. It was the Dalmore last night. Not my first choice, but far better than the standard issue bar scotch, which was the other option.

On a more related note, I can't wait to see who boosts their V first!

It's been done, but not by a DIYer. I'm damn tempted to just go buy one and see what she'll do with say, 20 lbs of boost and enough methanol to kill a full grown cow!!!!

I know it's been done, but not by anyone on NICO was the point I was making.
