Hey everyone,

Chikane here from VA originally from MD, err I'm pretty new to Nissans because I haven't owned one yet. So I've come here to learn about them before I make a well informed purchase decision. Hahaha sorry I guess that's kinda boring, but I would like to get a Nissan for my next car. I currently drive a Subaru Forester, and owned Mazda and Honda in the past. I will be getting another car soon and I think I want to go Nissan.

Thanks

-Chikane

Hello,

Thanks for the warm welcome, I've been looking into performance Nissans, because they have the biggest selection. I've been reading into the Z forums here and the 204sx as well as the classified. Because I will be out of country for alittle bit when I come back later this year I live to make a purchase. Ofcourse the gas prices has me concerned, but I'm addicted to performance cars and so I will likely be getting another one. If you have any recomendations please let me know but from what I've read on the forum so far everyone of these cars are great ;)

:welcome: to Nico. My name is Mark!

Twin Turbo Z32's are awesome so is our community here on Nico we help each other.. Reguardless of what Z you drive the Z communtiy as a whole will be more than happy to lend a hand when needed...

But I will say that Z32's aren't for everyone you really have to be somewhat mechanically inclined due to the fact that alot of the time you will be working on something that you can't see. You have to have patience and most of all care. The way you treat your Z32 is the way you she will treat you. If you buy crappy parts she will treat you with crappy performance/driveability.

My best piece of advice I can give you as of now since you unsure which Z/S you want to purchase is to browse the Z forums and S forums and learn about the cars common problems, common mods ect.. I joined Nico the day after I bought my Z32. But I was following threads and reading information 4 months prior to making my purchase.

If you see something on craigslist/ebay or similar feel free to make a new thread and we will gladly let you know what we think about the car...

In conclusion all of the Z chassis cars and S chassis cars are awesome and will turn heads while your driving its all about picking the one that will best suit your wants/needs/budget. I just don't know as much about the other Z/S chassis cars as I know about the Z32.

Hope to see you around the Z32 sections,
-Zman
