How do you wire it so that the high beam's light up with out the low beams? On my 98 S14 they won't turn on unless the low beams are on.

Dude the quality green laser pointers can cost up to five bills and that sh*t can be used to point at the stars (skypointing). My astronomy prof uses it.

Yes, that's exactly what he's trying to do. Superman might think he's gonna crash while he's going sideways at the track. This is his defense against that.

From my understanding, high beams don't have a cut off at all, lol.

You're gonna have to bypass the relay that causes the low beams to turn off when the high beams go on. I did it on my Z. Check the Z boards to see how the Z32 guys did it. I'm sure there's a write up somewhere.
