to make this scream a little louder do i need to tighten the allen wrench screw on the top or the 10mm nut that sits on the top of it? .. and which way do i need to spin whatever piece to get more of a whistle and less 'woosh' ?

DON'T factory settings are optizmized for you. If you lossne or tighten, you will affect your cars performance sum.
