Where can i get a replacement INNER spring for this bov..??

I removed mine to modify it as a compressor bypass to run recirculation setup... But now i got the dec-air feature to work so that i can run open bov and it works great.

The problem is the bov leaks under idle unless i tighten up the valve all the way... Then it seals and there is no leak... BUT, it wont open when i shift thru the gears even under a full 10 psi run... Its all compressor surge..
