not sure if this belongs in the technical forums? if so, mods feel free to move it.

i just bought my first 240, its sr swapped.

the dude im buying it from isnt running a BOV on it, now to me this is a bad idea and i dont want to run it that way. amongst my lurking through google for dif types of BOVs i came across the greddy RZ. i have never heard of this one before, and i cant find any info/videos on it?

has anyone ran this? is it loud? im thinking about just sticking with the stock BOV. i live in cali and need it to be low profile, just not sure how id get the stock one on the after market piping.

thoughts, suggestions?

It should sound pretty similar to the Greddy RS. Its just a newer design from what i can see. I had the RS and a friend has the RS and both of ours started to leak under boost. I like my Greddy Type R though. Get it with the soft spring and you can adjust it to open at whatever psi you need it to. It sounds like that large rush of air. No squeeky noise.

If Im not mistaken, the RZ is basically the same thing as an RS.

And most blow of valves are going to be pretty quiet if you recirulate them.
