I tried searching for the info in here, but I couldnt find anything that says the Greddy kit is street legal. Also, if it is street legal, would this kit be legal for the s13s??? I know it will bolt on with some mild custom work, but is it going to cause problems due to the aiv???? Thanks~!

They may still try to obtain certification for CARB. But as far as I know, it hasn't been done yet.

As far as the S13, no, it will only be smog legal for the cars it is made for. But, if you were to use an S14 KA in your S13 and also include the necessary smog components to satisfy a BAR referee, you can make the motor legel in your car, then you can also make any CARB certified parts for that motor legal for your car.
