don't have a dyno yet on my kit, that and i have the intercooler on. the original kit was tuned so that it would pass the sniffer test in emissions, by putting the intercooler on you are going to have higher levels of certain emissions so you could potentially fail the emissions.

umm.... I would not reccomend running ANY turbo car without an intercooler. Especially in CA where the air temps are hot.

Wait. what!>!?!?! if the air going in is hot, wouldn;t that boost up EGT's... Isn't the higer the EGT's, the more pollutes in the exhaust?

Yea, it makes more sense that WITHOUT the intercooler you would have more emissions.Unless the air was too chilled to completely burn once in the combustion chamber. which is highly unlikely. because it doesn't get that cold.

it has something to do with the air being cooler, more dense, and more of it being in the cylinder at cooler temps then higher temps. it causes a more complete burn of the fuel which raises nox and co2 levels.
