This is to proclaim that greddys turbo kit for the s14 has been droped. I spoke with a tech from greddy usa, and he says greddy has decided (finnaly) to not build the kit. I am not saying this because i dont like greddy, but that its been obvious that they werent going to bulid it for 2 years now. I just want to stop seeing threads with people getting thier hopes up on these kits coming out. If you go to http://www.greddy.com you will see that it has been removed from the products section. If you want to flame me, fine. I dont care.

Haha, someone posted about a month ago that it would be out next month. Oh well, I am sure it would have been to expensive for all it was. It didnt even have the intercooler or BOV included in the kit. I just wish they would have had made up their minds earlier rather than telling all that B.S. about it being in development.

Good. That is one company I am markig off my list to buy anything from, what so ever.

Not just because they have kill the 240 kit, but because they jerked everyone around for the past two years plus.

Screw them if they can't take a joke.

I'm kinda glad they're not supporting the KA. Thats one more company I won't have to compete with.

Plus why would you want the Greddy kit? Have you scene the headers and exhuast they make for the 240? The headers suck, which means there exhuast manifold would probably suck to, the exhuast i havnt heard anything special about ever. The 240sx is to good for greddy!

the only reason I was trying to hold out for Greddy is that they CARB ceritfy their turbo kits . . . and in CA, that's pretty much the ONLY way that a turbo is gonna be legal

Hmm, maybe thats why they gave up??????? They could of kept us updated over the years. You guys are right though, i bet it would of been a 6k kit. I would much rather go with f-max or nsport, they have the experience in the KA and know what to do with it.

No emmisions in NE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The kit would have been high quality, but overpriced. I was only interested in thier manifold. I ended up making my own tubular manifold.

that page has been up for years saying that the kit's release date is TBA. I talked to a Greddy rep about a month ago and he said that the kit would be for sale in the states by mid June, but it doesn't look like we'll see it ever.

Nobody like Greddy R&D's anything for 2 years. It'll never come out. They are too overpriced anyway and nobody would buy it. Get the fmax/nsport kit. Those ppl know what they are doing.

If that page has been up on the site for years then why would Sport Compact Car Magazine put it in their mag that it was a legit turbo kit comming out by the end of the summer?

I've driven across the country twice. I'll admit, I've never been to KY. But passed just under it through Tennessee. Stayed in NC for more than two weeks between two trips. Nothing amazing in the SouthWest.

If you have been to cali and don't knwo what I'm talking about, you were either in the wrong place, or you have a strange taste in women.
