I was going to install my greddy turbo elbow today and it would not close all the way on the turbo flange,I would tighten all the nuts and it was like the plate in the middle of the elbow was hitting or something.i know its made for the s14 turbo, but i know people use them on s13 t25 all the time.any of you with this part have this problem?-thanks,brian

I had to cut a notch out of the splitter for mine, but this was with the S15 t28 that has a small splitter cast into the exaust housing and the two splitters were hitting. I dont think the T25 has that, but if you need to do some trimming it isnt that hard if you have a dremel.

the pipe that bolts on to the turbo itself and then goes to the down pipe.it holds the o2 sensor.

i have a greddy turbo outlet and it fits perfectly on a s13 with the stock t25, and i have no clearance problems.. but if you are then just cut some of that divider out. shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't cut off too much.

I also have Greddy turbo extension. No fitment problem with my FP Big-28. It does makes the O2 sensor sit further away from the exhaust stream making my autometer Christmas light A/F meter slower.

have you tried taking off the turbo and getting it where you can see it a little better? thouldnt be that hard to undo the turbo, and then you can see exactly what is the fittment problem
