The Rev/Speed meter has the speed cut function built into it, as well as all the other goodies, and in my opinion it is a better unit then the greedy cause u get so much more, and it looks sweet as hell.:D

here the Apexi link that tells u all the features and functions. http://www.apexi-usa.com/meters_revspeedmeter.asp

and heres some places that have for a preety good price.http://www.heavythrottle.com/http://www ... ducts.html

It is a lil more than the greedy but well worth it in my opinion

Yeah, I am kind of in the same boat. the other day I was coming back from a quick little highway run to the Reservation (cheap gas) and this girl in a new Carrera 911 strarts toying with me. I was suprised how well I kept up with her at .81 bar, but i couldn't pull her as hard as I wanted because I kept hitting the governor. Personally, I already have alot of electronics, and don't want another thing as unnecessary as the RSM. HKS makes a speed limit defender, and I may go with that since the Greddy one is impossible to get right now. Of course I am also looking to upgrade injectors, so i can't decide whether or not to wait until i address everything at once. 93Niss240- if you find that HKS unit (I think we need the type 2) for a decent price, please let me know.

Ya.. Mine does not seem to have a governor, but it has what I think the 5th gear limitor is, it hits at about 137mph. I was messing with a Mustang on the freeway and he jumped on it and I started pulling him till I hit 136 then it was bye bye, it probably looked like his car was just faster which really irritated me. The rev/speed thingie is just too ricey for me (no offence). Anyone know about the HKS one? how do people with SRs usually defeat this?
