GReddy SP catback

ok, yes i have posted another exhaust thread among others, but this time i need some feedback from anyone who has the greddy sp catback for their 240sx. iv read that it is quiet compared to other catbacks but i havent heard it for myself. i have heard two different sound clips of the n1 dual which is my top choice but i dunno if it will draw problems from the cops. so im trying to figure out if teh greddy is a better bet to get the performance but not the loud noise. if anyone has any info or sound/video clips, i would very much appreciate it:D
