greddy s13 intake manifold install problem

i been hereing that if u have an s13 greddy intake manidold and are using a nismo fuel presure regulator that the fpr screw will hit the head causing the fuel rail not to be on 100 percent?? is this true has anyone ever install s13 greddy intake manifol with nismo fpr . any feedback is appreshated thanks jon
